Who we are
Gigglebox Kids Zone (gagansoftware.com/kidszone) is a free games website for children, run by Gagan Software. You can contact us at info@gagansoftware.com.
Information we do not collect
- We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses or photos.
- There are no user accounts, no chat and no way for children to share personal information with other players.
Visit counter
To show the visitor board at the bottom of the home page, our server records:
- That a visit happened, and the date and hour of the visit.
- The town or city and state the visit came from, for example "Jaipur, Rajasthan".
- Whether this browser has visited before (a simple yes or no saved on the device).
To find the town or city, the visitor's IP address is checked once, either through our hosting network or with the location service ipapi.co. We do not save IP addresses. Only the city name and visit time are kept. The board shows the last few visits and overall totals.
Information saved on your device
The games save a few small settings in your own browser (local storage), such as best scores, the last level chosen and whether sound is on. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Your browser may also keep an offline copy of the games so they open faster next time. You can remove all of this at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser settings.
Advertising
Gigglebox may show a small number of ads from Google AdSense on the home page. Ads are never placed inside the games. Every ad request is tagged as directed to children, which tells Google to turn off interest-based (personalised) ads and remarketing for these ads.
Google may still use cookies or similar technologies for purposes such as limiting how often an ad is shown, preventing fraud and counting ad views. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Share buttons
The Share buttons only open WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, X or your phone's share menu when someone taps them. Nothing is shared automatically. Once you are on those services, their own privacy policies apply.
Children's privacy
Gigglebox is made for children, and we design it so that children do not need to give us any personal information to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, please email info@gagansoftware.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Gigglebox handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
